What we are looking for: We are accepting applications for intern, co-op, and summer student opportunities from motivated and talented individuals who are current students or recent graduates. Internship and Co-ops:

  1. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a 2 to 4 year degree program in Agriculture, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later.
  2. Locations/Terms: (Dates can be adjusted to coincide with school terms)
    • Co-op or internship starting in January, May, or September 2025 for 4, 8, 12 or 16 months.
  3. Area of Interest/Degree:
    • Agriculture, Agribusiness and Agronomy

    • Computer Science and Computer Information Systems
    • Engineering

New Graduates:

  1. Programs:
    • Emerging Talent Program - A new graduate program that allows employees to gain field experience and professional development.
    • Engineer in Training - A rotational program that combines technical training with on-the-job experience.
    • Indigenous Internship Program - Opportunities for voluntarily self-identified students or new grads of Canadian Indigenous ancestry.
    • New Grad Tech Program - A rotational program focusing on key technology functions.
  2. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a 2 to 4 year degree program in Agriculture, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent related program with a graduation date of May 2025.
  3. Locations:
