Position: Lottery Account Representative – Key Accounts

Job Purpose
The Lottery Account Representative – Key Accounts is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with Sask Lotteries Key Accounts, acting as the liaison for new builds and developments within these accounts. The role also provides backup duties for the retail network in the southern half of Saskatchewan. The position reports to the South Regional Lead.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with national and regional lottery partners (e.g., 7-Eleven, Shell, Petro-Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart) to enhance the Saskatchewan Retail Network.
- Identify, develop, and monitor national and regional promotions or incentives.
- Represent Saskatchewan in multi-jurisdictional meetings for national promotions and collaborations.
- Provide sales, commission, and compliance updates to Key Accounts as requested.
- Manage shipping and receiving duties, including maintaining inventory of lottery supplies, preparing and loading returns, and unloading deliveries.
- Provide relief for other south Lottery Account Representatives during busy periods, vacations, or other needs, including preparing orders and visiting retail locations within relief routes to perform customer service duties.
- Support the Regina Prize Payout Office by assisting with opening and closing, processing claims, and handling inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including compliance support.

Qualifications and Experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent education and training.
- Knowledge and experience in the Saskatchewan lotteries system is an asset.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours/week).
- Overtime may be required during busy periods.
- Office setting based in Regina.
- Travel required, with possible overnight stays.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to lift 30-40 lb cartons.
