Client & Project : is a leading energy company with the Project Titan dedicated to enhancing / ticket resolution for their SAP Vertex

Responsibilities :

• As a Mid-Level Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing technical support for SAP Integration with Vertex.
• You will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide technical support for SAP Integration with Vertex O Series / Sabrix.
• Collaborate with AMS related to SAP Integration with Vertex O Series / Sabrix in a timely manner.
• Conduct quality analysis of applications related to SAP Integration with Vertex O Series / Sabrix.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Tax regulations.
• Must-have skills for this role include: Technical and functional knowledge of Vertex, deep knowledge of direct and indirect taxation with AP specialty.
