Your new role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support a critical government project. In this role, you will assist in the selection, implementation, and ongoing support of the SAP Supply Chain Management Transportation Management module. You will leverage your consulting expertise and business acumen to integrate SAP technology effectively within the client’s environment, ensuring the achievement of expected results. This part-time, remote position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, with occasional requirements to pick up equipment locally in Ottawa.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 10 years’ demonstrated experience performing the following: developing and documenting SAP functional, business, and system requirements; designing and implementing SAP module changes; analyzing data conversion strategies; and supporting SAP Service Marketplace Support Portal notes.
• Proven ability to conduct business and system requirements workshops and provide ongoing knowledge transfer to departmental personnel.
• Mandatory Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance at Secret level or higher.
• Controlled Goods certification in place at the time of submission.
• Strong communication and consulting skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and deliver client-focused solutions.
