Job Summary

This role is tasked with providing daily support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless operation of our SAP system. The SAP Support Analyst assists in resolving issues related to SAP and will participate in the upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA. This role is key to keeping systems performing well, improving the user experience, and supporting efficient business operations and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP applications, including issue diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a first point of contact for end-users.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of all issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
  • Perform master data management and ensure data integrity through regular audits
  • Support integration between SAP and external systems (e.g. IntuiFlow, PLM, and legacy platforms) via APIs and SQL-based interfaces.
  • Maintain up-to-date user documentation and standard operating procedures for SAP processes and support workflows.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users.
  • Partner with global IT teams, including counterparts in Taiwan and the U.S.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • This is an intermediate level role requiring 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP Support Analyst.
  • Experience with 1 or 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation or support projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of ABAP programming.
  • Good functional knowledge in other SAP modules.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities and a good understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP ECC 6 or SAP HANA or other SAP Platforms.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with multi-parts BOMs.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • SAP certification(s) is a plus

Work Location: In-office environment that is currently 3 days per week
City: Surrey
Type: full-time, Permanent
Salary: 70,500 - 90,000 CAD
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
