Job summary

Altis Technology in Markham, Ontario is seeking an SAP Deployment Project Manager to lead the operational rollout of an SAP Supply Chain solution. You will align teams, processes and data for a successful go-live and long-term adoption across Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance.

You will build alignment, remove roadblocks and ensure business readiness while coordinating testing, go-live readiness and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP deployment projects in industrial/SC environments.
• Strong SAP MM/SD/PP/WM/EWM knowledge; APO/IBP is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage change requirements.
• Experience with master data readiness, testing and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage deployment plans, readiness activities, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate master data readiness (materials, BOMs, routings, suppliers, customers, MRP).
• Lead cross-functional steering meetings; ensure activities complete before and after go-live.
• Champion SAP model; guide users to standard solution and manage change requests.
• Coordinate integrated testing and UAT; manage test cases and issue tracking.
• Manage go-live readiness and hypercare; support operations and monitor issues.
• Drive communication, training and adoption across planning, purchasing, logistics, production and customer service.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Deployment Project Manager to lead the operational rollout of an established SAP Supply Chain solution within an industrial environment. Your focus will be on getting teams, processes and data ready for a successful go-live while ensuring alignment with the existing SAP model.

Youll work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance teams, connecting central project stakeholders with local operations. This is a hands‑on role where your ability to build alignment, remove roadblocks and keep teams focused on business readiness will directly contribute to a smooth deployment and long‑term adoption.

Your Responsibilities

• Youll manage go-live readiness and hypercare, supporting operational teams and monitoring functional issues.
• Youll drive communication, training and adoption across planning, purchasing, logistics, production and customer service teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP deployment or rollout projects using an established enterprise solution.
• Strong experience within industrial and operational Supply Chain environments, including plants, warehouses or distribution.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and their implementation within SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP and WM/EWM, with APO/IBP experience considered an asset.
• Proficiency with project and deployment management tools for planning, action tracking and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder leadership with the ability to mobilize teams, manage competing priorities and remove blockers.
• Clear, pragmatic communication skills and a results-focused approach to high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.
