The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and technically skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consulting Manager - Technical Integrations Lead to join our growing HR Technology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR systems architecture, integration strategy, and delivery excellence. You'll lead complex integration programs across SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity, data integrity, and scalable design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Strategy & Architecture
  • Define and lead the technical integration strategy for SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules such as Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Recruiting.
  • Architect end-to-end integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll engines, ERP platforms, third-party HR tools).
  • Evaluate and recommend middleware platforms (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and integration patterns based on client needs.
  • Technical Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead technical workstreams in large-scale SAP SuccessFactors programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of integration components.
  • Oversee system configuration, API management, data mapping, and transformation logic.
  • Manage technical dependencies across modules and platforms, proactively resolving integration challenges.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into scalable integration designs.
  • Conduct technical workshops and design sessions with client IT and HRIS teams.
  • Provide guidance on data migration, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Introduce best practices in integration design, testing automation, and monitoring.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors release updates and integration innovations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Lead and mentor technical consultants and developers across onshore/offshore teams.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Support talent development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integration architecture and middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR data models, business processes, and system interoperability.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex integration programs.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware tools.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end integrations in multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and at least one additional module.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP HCM, WorkForce Software, ADP, or other HR platforms.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, OData services, and data encryption standards.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
