TALTEK is looking to fill the following position for one of its clients :

Permanent - Configuration Specialist SAP SuccessFactors

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking for our client a Configuration Specialist of SAP SuccessFactors with a minimum of 7 years of experience in large global organizations. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least one full Human Capital Management (HCM) project and be highly skilled in configuring various SuccessFactors modules. Experience with data migration is considered a valuable asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, etc.) to meet business and HR requirements.
• Participate in the design and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring optimal configuration to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document configuration requirements, aligning solutions with business needs.
• Provide expertise in data migration processes, ensuring accurate transfer of data from legacy systems into SuccessFactors.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including functional specifications and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and work with the development team to resolve any system-related problems.
• Assist in system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the configured solution meets business needs.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system optimization, ensuring the system aligns with best practices for large global organizations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Successful completion of at least one full HCM project.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and how they translate into system configurations.
• Experience with data migration is a strong asset.
• Experience working in large, global organizations, handling complex system requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Other Requirements :

• Fluently bilingual French and English oral and written - This role requires frequent work with teams located outside Quebec and being able to communicate with them both orally and in writing.
• Candidate must have permits to work in Canada
• Hybrid mode (3 days per week in the office)
• Greater Montreal
