Job summary

Deloitte Canada in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, coordinating multiple workstreams and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will oversee governance, planning, risk and quality, mentor delivery teams, and contribute to sales pursuits while promoting Deloitte's SAP delivery best practices. Travel to Canada and occasional international travel required; hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall combined SAP and project/program management experience is required.
• An SAP Activate Certification, PMP or other professional project management accreditation
• S/4HANA implementation experience required, including agile, multiple end-to-end implementations and experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Experience leading medium to large consulting teams and overseeing project managers, PMO functions, and cross-functional delivery, technical and data workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP across both functional and technology components, as well as the governance and delivery processes required for large transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience engaging senior and executive-level client stakeholders and leading program governance and steering committee forums.
• Strong risk management, issue management, and engagement financial management experience across large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior client stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive leadership.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas, lead complex problem solving efforts, and drive successful outcomes in challenging delivery environments.
• Canadian travel required, occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, coordinating multiple workstreams, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes.
• Provide leadership and oversight across program governance, planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, financial management, quality assurance, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and program leadership, helping navigate complex delivery challenges, drive key decisions, and maintain alignment between business objectives and implementation priorities.
• Oversee PMO, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams, ensuring integrated planning, dependency management, and effective execution across the program.
• Drive program performance through proactive identification and mitigation of risks, management of critical issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
• Support executive-level governance forums, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications for complex transformation initiatives.
• Support/Lead SAP S/4HANA sales pursuits by contributing delivery strategy, implementation approaches, governance models, staffing plans, estimates, and client presentations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Deloitte's SAP delivery methodologies, program management tools, accelerators, and best practices.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across Deloitte's SAP practice, helping teams leverage lessons learned and leading practices from prior engagements.
• Coach and mentor project managers and emerging delivery leaders, supporting their professional development and strengthening Deloitte's project management capabilities.
• Support practice growth initiatives, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, training, and certification programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that create opportunities for additional services and long-term partnership.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager within Deloitte's SAP Project Management practice, you will:

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
