Job summary

Deloitte Canada is seeking an experienced SAP Signavio & Business Transformation Consultant to lead process excellence and SAP Signavio implementations. You will drive workshops, design operating models, and mentor analysts across Canadian client projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps, and contribute to Deloitte's SAP transformation capabilities while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation or SAP consulting.

What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Senior Consultant to help organizations accelerate their business transformation journeys through process excellence, process mining, business architecture, and SAP-enabled transformation initiatives. You will leverage the SAP Signavio Business Transformation Suite, including Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Insights, Journey Modeler, Collaboration Hub, and Process Governance, to support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. As a trusted advisor, you will lead workshops, facilitate executive discussions, develop transformation roadmaps, mentor junior team members, and contribute to Deloitte's SAP transformation practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead business process transformation initiatives and process excellence engagements across multiple industries.
• Facilitate executive and business stakeholder workshops focused on process discovery, design, harmonization, and optimization.
• Lead current-state assessments, future-state process design, and operating model development.
• Configure and implement SAP Signavio solutions, including: Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Insights, Journey Modeler, Process Governance and Collaboration Hub
• Develop enterprise process architectures, process taxonomies, governance models, and BPMN 2.0 process models.
• Conduct process mining and analytics activities to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and value realization opportunities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs through process standardization, process governance, fit-to-standard assessments, and business process alignment.
• Design and implement process repositories, approval workflows, and process standards.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to align process design with SAP capabilities and industry leading practices.
• Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, process KPIs, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support business development activities including proposals, client presentations, demos, thought leadership, and alliance activities.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to consultants and analysts
• Contribute to Deloitte's SAP Signavio and Process Transformation capabilities, methodologies, and offerings.

Deloitte's SAP Business Transformation practice helps clients unlock value from large-scale transformation initiatives by combining process excellence, business architecture, process mining, and SAP-enabled innovation. Our team works with leading organizations across multiple industries to design future-state operating models, modernize business processes, and drive successful business transformations powered by SAP technologies.

As part of this growing practice, you will work alongside SAP, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Transformation specialists to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business outcomes for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, business process management, or SAP consulting.
• 2+ years of hands‑on SAP Signavio implementation experience.
• Experience leading process discovery, fit‑to‑standard, process design, and process optimisation engagements.
• Strong knowledge of business process management (BPM), process governance, and process excellence .
• Experience designing and maintaining BPMN 2.0 process models.
• Experience working with one or more end‑to‑end business process domains: Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Source‑to‑Pay (S2P), Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C), Plan‑to‑Produce (P2P), Hire‑to‑Retire (H2R)
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and managing senior client stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in a consulting and client‑facing delivery environment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Signavio
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• SAP Activate Certification

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
