The Government of Alberta is seeking a SAP Security Analyst for the Edmonton area with on-site and remote work across Alberta. This permanent, full-time role focuses on ERP security within the 1GX COE, translating business needs into effective SAP access management and security solutions.

You will report to the 1GX Senior Security Analyst and lead complex SAP security controls across GRC, ERA, HCM/Payroll, Finance, LMS and SCM.

Qualifications

• Must have ERP security experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with SAP governance, risk and controls (GRC) is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP security solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP security and access management policies, standards and roles.
• Provide strategic security guidance aligned with organizational needs.
• Support risk assessments (STRA) across system lifecycles.
• Investigate and resolve escalated access and security issues.
• Collaborate with IT, security teams, service providers and partners.
• Contribute to ERA service-provider selections and security initiatives.
