Job summary

Coforge in Mississauga, Canada is seeking an experienced SAP testing leader to drive end-to-end testing of SAP SD and L2C programs across the lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery of SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and support engagements.

You will define test strategy, plans, and scenarios; lead SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing; coordinate with business users and technical teams; track defects and risks; and support go-live readiness and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of SAP testing experience with SAP SD.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Lead testing activities for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) programs across the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery of SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for SAP SD and L2C business processes.
• Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and execution approach.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and defect management activities.
• Validate processes including Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Shipping, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage.
• Track defects, risks, test metrics, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
• Support go-live readiness, cutover validation, and hypercare activities.
• Drive testing best practices, automation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 8-12 years of SAP testing experience with strong expertise in SAP SD.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) business processes.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
