SUMMARY:
Reporting to the IT Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Analyst to optimize and manage the end-to-end supply chain process. This role involves planning, sourcing, logistics coordination, inventory control, and continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
A key responsibility of this role will be to support the implementation and optimization of SAP within the supply chain function, ensuring system accuracy, process alignment, and user training.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory activities.
- Lead or support the implementation and integration of SAP within supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure SAP meets operational requirements.
- Provide training and support to supply chain users on SAP functionalities.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies across supply chain activities.
- Support continuous improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, PP, or related modules) is required, especially in an implementation or rollout context.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- SAP certification or formal SAP training is a strong plus.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
