Job summary

A leading company is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Trainer for a 3-month remote contract. The role involves developing and delivering training materials compliant with AODA AA standards, as well as conducting various training sessions for large audiences. Candidates residing in Canada and with relevant SAP experience in multiple modules are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA training (FICO, AA, PS, etc.).
• Background in government and public sector training.
• Experience delivering end-user training for large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Edit existing training material for SAP S/4HANA.
• Deliver end-user training primarily in VILT mode.
• Guide clients on training data preparation and effectiveness.

Job description

Duration : 3 Months - possible 3-month extension

Role title : SAP S / 4HANA Trainer

Location : Toronto. Full remote

Training Development (Updates to existing material)

• SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Ariba : Editing / review of previously developed rough drafts of the training materials to develop the final client-ready versions
• Development of structured training materials that will be AODA AA compliant (electronic format)

Training Delivery

• Recommend tools and methods to measure the effectiveness of end-user training
• Training Prep – guide the client on data templates and preparation needed for training
• Delivery of end-user training (primarily VILT mode) for in-scope SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Ariba processes
• If required, conduct a Facilitation Skills course for co-facilitators (from client teams)

Requirements :

• Great communication and presentation skills
• Experience in SAP S / 4HANA training (on at least 3 out of the following modules) FICO, AA, PS, Group Reporting, Funds Management, Treasury, Grants Management, MM, S2C etc.)
• Experience in end-user training with large audience sizes and multiple formats
• Familiarity with in-scope SAP S / 4HANA systems, modules and processes
• Experience in government and public sector clients
• Only candidates who currently reside in Canada will be considered.
• Contractors must be incorporated or named as Directors of a Canadian corporation.
