Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking an SAP Project Manager (Mfg / Ops Lead) to join its team in Montreal, QC. This role is responsible for leading North American SAP projects related to Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring they meet defined specifications and align with business objectives. They will oversee the implementation of these projects observing the established timeline, partnering with the system integrator for P2D and S2P. The SAP Project Manager (Manufacturing – Operations Lead) will also interface with global process experts and the technical owners of the project.

What You Will Do

• Lead & proactively define / guide business responsibilities for each phase of the project and manage the activities of P2D and S2P key users, change agents, subject matter experts
• Create and execute detailed activity plans relevant to P2D and S2P in alignment with the site deployment schedule
• Monitor and report on the weekly progress of P2D and S2P project activities, working closely with team members, leadership, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate with other module leads within P2D and S2P and provide guidance on best / leading practices on cross module process and data integration
• Build and develop relationships with relevant project stakeholders and continually monitor risk mitigation, notifying stakeholders of any issues

What We Require

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration or Management
• 5+ years of experience in SAP project implementations, working in all phases of projects (Data Migration, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Training, Cutover Plan)
• Must be bilingual: French – English to interact effectively with a global, multi-disciplinary team
• Hands-on extensive knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain processes including planning, production execution, plant maintenance, quality management, procurement, and material handling modules
• Working knowledge of analytical tools and problem-solving methodology

What We Prefer

• Experience working in manufacturing or assembly industry
• Project and change management experience preferred
• S / 4HANA experience preferred
