Capgemini is seeking a seasoned SAP PP/DS Consultant to support enterprise clients in optimizing their manufacturing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will lead implementations of advanced planning and scheduling capabilities using SAP PP/DS within SAP S/4HANA or SAP IBP/APO environments. This role focuses on bridging business requirements with technical solutions to ensure efficient use of manufacturing resources and drive digital supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement SAP PP/DS solutions for demand management, material planning, and capacity scheduling.
  2. Configure and customize PP/DS functionalities (heuristics, finite scheduling, pegging strategies, and optimizer).
  3. Integrate PP/DS with SAP modules such as PP, MM, and APO/IBP.
  4. Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable system solutions.
  5. Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
  6. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  7. Optimize planning processes through automation and industry best practices.
  8. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), supply chain optimization, MRP strategies, capacity planning, end-to-end project delivery.

SAP Modules & Planning Tools

SAP PP/DS (Advanced proficiency), SAP S/4HANA embedded PP/DS (Intermediate), SAP APO & SNP (Working knowledge), SAP IBP Demand/Response/Supply (Exposure).

Integration with SAP MM and PP modules, automation of planning processes, understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES).

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $53.16/hour - $83.07/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
