Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Planning Manager to own inventory across our branch network and shape SAP planning strategies to keep branches stocked, customers served, and inventory investment efficient. You will lead inventory planning and replenishment, design STO strategies, and partner with Ops, Procurement and Logistics to resolve shortages and improve deployment within SAP.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in inventory planning, replenishment, procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP MM, MRP & STO processes.
• Experience managing inventory across a multi-site distribution network.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or related field, or 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in place of a degree.
• Planning certifications (CPIM / CSCP) preferred.

• Partner with Branch Operations, Procurement & Logistics to resolve shortages & improve deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement & automation of planning processes within SAP.
• Contribute to SAP enhancements, system upgrades & planning projects.

What You'll Get to Do

Every day, CRL branches serve customers across the glass, glazing, hardware & metal solutions industries. Those customers need product on time. As our Planning Manager , you will be the business owner of how inventory is positioned across our branch network. You will shape the SAP planning strategy that keeps branches stocked, customers served & inventory investment efficient.

This role has real influence & visibility. You will work with Branch Operations, Procurement & Logistics, and your decisions will affect service levels across the network.

Position Pay Range

$95,000-$110,000 USD
