Job Description :

We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants with a strong background in Onboarding and SAP Payroll modules . The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities :

• Lead configuration and implementation efforts for SAP Onboarding and Payroll
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Perform system testing, data validation, and support go-live activities
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and HR policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with technical teams

Requirements :

• 5+ years of SAP HCM experience with a focus on Payroll and Onboarding
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience in blueprinting, configuration, and testing
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
