The work :

Drive planning, management and facilitation of Confirmation Cycles and workshops to achieve expected outcomes

Provide process expertise and lead Solution Confirmation workshops

Drive process standardization within Functional Area

Provide leading practice on Key Design Decisions and drive to closure with Global Process Owner and Subprocess Owners

Confirm process scope and required customizations with Global Process Owners and Sub Process Owners

Work with Solution Integration Architect, Global Process Owners, and other Functional Leads on Complex Solutioning for differentiated or highly customized processes

Help the teams decompose, sequence, and prioritize deliverables

Clear impediments for the Process Team

Drive and support cross-team collaboration to develop an integrated end-to-end solution

Continue to provide guidance and guardrails for the team so that solution is aligned to vision

Review and sign-off on contractual deliverables within Functional Area

Encourage innovation and problem-solving to address user concerns without customizations

Support identification of test scope and verify that end-to-end processes are covered appropriately

Work with Talent & Change on stakeholder engagement activities

Help develop comprehensive cutover plan, encompassing business & technical activities for end-to-end solution

Drive defect resolution and clear impediments

This role is in our local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Here’s what you need :

Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent Fashion / Retail experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM / PUR, Purchasing, Intercompany flows, Subcontracting and Licensing, with clear understanding of pricing, accounts payable, raw material and finished products article master

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
