Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA MM & eWM modules for mine-site operations, procurement, maintenance planning and financial processes.
• Coordinate and support testing activities including test planning, scenario development, defect triage, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents and process flows.
• Partner with business stakeholders across mining operations, supply chain, maintenance and finance to design SAP S/4HANA functional solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective integration, FRICEW development and end-to-end delivery.
• Support system enhancements, release cycles and change management across the SAP landscape.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues with minimal business disruption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process streamlining opportunities and performance gains.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, data integrity standards and mining industry compliance.

Job description

Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience working with Supply Chain/MM and EWM in an industrial environment such as mining, oil & gas, or possibly manufacturing or pharmaceutical along with experience supporting asset-intensive environments, ideally within mining, oil & gas, energy, or manufacturing is required. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA MM & eWM modules to support mine-site operations, procurement, maintenance planning and financial processes.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including test planning, scenario development, defect triage, and user acceptance testing.
