Job summary

IT Connex is seeking a senior SAP Architect to lead design and implementation across SAP SuccessFactors (EC/ECB/ECP), S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Concur, and Workforce Software. You will drive integrations via APIs, middleware, and SAP tools, and provide senior guidance in complex enterprise deployments, including payroll integrations.

This role requires deep HR/Payroll domain expertise, cloud architecture awareness, and strong collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive SAP experience with successful implementations and sustainment.
• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including EC/ECB/ECP, with payroll integrations.
• Hands-on with modules like SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Concur, and Workforce Software.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAP integrations using APIs, middleware, and SAP tools.
• Strong HR & Payroll domain knowledge (GL, AP/AR, P2P).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Concur is highly desirable.
• Proven cloud SAP experience (BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Identity Services).
• Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and working with vendors/AMS teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP integrations using modern patterns and tools.
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and Concur deployments in enterprise environments.
• Provide senior-level guidance and mentor teams across SAP modules and cloud architectures.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Manage relationships with vendors/partners and ensure alignment with business goals.
