NTT Data Business Solutions Canada is looking to grow our SAP Consulting practice. We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant Leader with extensive experience in the Mining Industry. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of business processes, experience providing SAP application support/management, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Our consultants need to manage competing priorities, meet commitments, and demonstrate energy and a willingness to learn. They should work well within a team environment yet be self-starters and leaders in their own work. Applicants should have at least 10 years of SAP experience and a solid understanding of integration points across SAP functional areas, specifically within the Mining Sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Use business process, functional, and industry knowledge to provide quality SAP solutions.
2. Manage priorities across various customers including enhancements, projects, incidents, or service requests from our broad AMS client base.
3. Communicate clearly, provide accurate estimates, understand processes, and utilize intelligence tools to formulate quality solutions that generate revenue and add value for clients.
4. Identify opportunities for optimization to further add business value.
5. Collaborate within a team-oriented environment with other functional and technical consultants in Canada and globally.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Over 10 years of SAP implementation and support experience, with deep knowledge of the Mining Sector.
• Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
• Experience in multiple SAP implementations.
• Meet or exceed NTT general consulting competencies in Personal Skills, Methodical Skills, Business Skills, and Leadership.
