You’ll bring experience in customer success, marketing, or communications, combined with well-developed technical and business expertise, and a genuine affinity for technology, customer experience, and value realization. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, paired with critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize and assess large quantities of data into actionable insights. Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel, and data management is required, with additional experience in digital marketing, event planning, and virtual event tools considered an asset.

Build It

In this role, lead end-to-end solution adoption campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders and adoption leads to drive visibility and meet yearly targets, while building and managing cross-functional partnerships to align expectations and timelines for delivery.
