About the job :

The SAP IS Utilities Specialist works within the Enterprise Solutions team of the Technology Group. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving SAP IS-U initiatives for operations and project delivery.

What you’ll do

The ISU Specialist's responsibilities include :

• Providing solution leadership and expertise in areas like meter to cash and non-energy billing for all customer segments, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Providing subject matter expertise for features and capabilities of SAP IS-U, FI-CA, Billing, Device Management, and closely integrated components like advanced metering infrastructure, customer experience including self-service functions & telephony / chat, and analytics / reporting.
• Identifying and initiating project / work program / improvement initiatives and solution roadmaps based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Contributing to the success of sustainment operations and implementation projects as solution lead / product owner.
• Collaborating with the business to lead initiatives aligned with business objectives and roadmaps.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering, or equivalent.
• System expertise in SAP for IS utilities solutions and meter-to-cash processes, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects and 10+ years of progressive experience in the utility industry or consulting environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent facilitation skills to proactively engage multiple internal stakeholder groups and external parties.
• Experience leading strategic discussions and building product roadmaps.
• Flexibility, self-starting attitude, results orientation, and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Experience in SAP S / 4HANA and SAP CX is an asset.
• Experience working within an agile framework with product owner responsibilities is an asset.
