Job description

Our Toronto-based client is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Project Manager to join their project immediately. The project will run until August 2026, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate has 15 years of experience managing large-scale IT/SAP initiatives, with the ability to integrate seamless systems and processes to support global finance, operations, and related technology objectives. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days of on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex, multi-phase IT/SAP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with global supply chain operations and sales functions.
  2. Work closely with global supply chain and sales teams to define project goals, KPIs, and measurable success criteria.
  3. Develop and maintain project artifacts such as charters, plans, timelines, risk registers, and closure reports.
  4. Lead SAP S/4HANA deployments and integrations across Finance (FICO), Supply Chain (MM, WM, PP, ARIBA, Business Network), Sales (SD), and IT workflows.
  5. Provide integration expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) via OpenText VIM, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Demand & Supply Planning.
  6. Follow up and track key project activities and milestones.
  7. Coordinate with various Project Managers and the Program Manager to ensure project tracking is up to date.
  8. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
