The Role:

1. Support all functionalities in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), including upgrades to SAP GTS E4H.
2. Analyze clients’ Sales and Distribution configurations to understand their foreign trade needs.
3. Design and analyze future business processes.
4. Collaborate with business architects and planners to assess current capabilities and identify client requirements.
5. Define detailed product requirements and use cases.
6. Maintain Requirements and Traceability deliverables.
7. Work with project teams to define application metrics and performance goals.
8. Transition requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring clarity and completeness.
9. Translate requirements into test conditions for various testing phases.
10. Participate in quality reviews to ensure design and requirements meet client needs.
11. Act as a liaison to the business community, understanding their perspectives through analysis.
12. Support change management efforts, including training and performance support.
13. Assist in defining business processes and re-engineering as needed.
14. Create change management plans to facilitate supply chain transformations.
15. Contribute to growing Accenture’s SAP practice and future sales opportunities.
16. Stay current with market innovations and SAP GTS developments.
17. Travel may be required (0-80%) depending on client needs; on-site work in Montreal (2-3 days/week).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP S4 Core SD (Sales & Distribution).
• At least 1 SAP GTS implementation with hands-on design and configuration experience.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory due to multinational team interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in French and English.
