The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Procurement processes, including purchasing, procurement, inventory management, invoice processing, and payments.

Your role and responsibilities

• Participate in analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Procurement processes for our S/4 transformation project.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Procurement solutions.

• Configure SAP Procurement modules, including MM, IM.

• Understand integration points with modules such as OTC, FI & EWM to meet business needs.

• Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements to SAP Procurement processes.

• Conduct testing and training for SAP Procurement processes and solutions.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Procurement solutions.

Must be located in Halifax or willing to relocate to Halifax.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Work closely with business functions to define system requirements and recommend SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Analyze business impact and communicate deficiencies to product owners.
• Coordinate regression testing for change deployments.
• Document and communicate risks and issues, recommending solutions.
• Map visual workflow diagrams of current and future processes.
• Perform Unit, Integration & Regression Testing.
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies/tools.
• Experience in requirement gathering, exploration, design, build, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Proficiency in Procure to Pay processes, including master data, invoice management, workflows, and invoicing.
• Design SAP S/4 HANA Procure to Pay solutions based on client requirements.
• Configure and customize standard templates for global deployment, rollouts, and process improvements.
• Extensive experience with master data objects like Material Master, Service Master, Business Partner, and Customer Master.
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Flexible workflow configuration for Purchase Requisition, Outline Agreement, Purchase Order, and Invoice approval.
• Experience in WRICEF design, development, and testing across systems.
• Coordinate with teams such as ARIBA and third-party systems for system functionality.
• Set up new S/4 HANA configurations, including scenarios like Retention, Sub-Contracting, and Intercompany STO.
• Knowledge of invoicing plans, Service Entry Sheets, OCR integration, and invoice approvals.
