Job Summary:
This role involves providing day-to-day support, enhancements, and project work for various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Goal Management (GM), Performance Management (PM), and Learning Management (LMS). The consultant will work with other module consultants and be responsible for incident resolution, service enhancements, and project delivery. A strong background in SAP SuccessFactors and relevant certifications are essential. Location: Canada
Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Develop and implement enhancements to existing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Participate in and deliver projects related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with consultants from other modules.
- Resolve incidents and provide timely solutions.
