Job description

Our Montreal-based client is seeking an experienced Bilingual SAP Functional Analyst for Orders and Billing (SD / MM) to permanently join their team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role or proven expertise in SD / MM on SAP S / 4HANA environments. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site.

Key Responsibilities :

  • As a SAP Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in the SAP transformation project, working closely with business unit representatives and the system integrator. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze requirements, identify functional gaps, and propose tailored solutions that align with the organization’s structure and operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for system integrations, reporting, and data migration.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct business process assessments and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and process flows.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of system configurations, integration designs, and data mappings.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
