SAP Functional Analyst

Candidates need to be located within Canada and might speak English. French is hignly recommendable.

We are seeking a senior SAP Functional Analyst to support our digital transformation initiatives, process optimization, and integration of SAP solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing, configuring, supporting, and evolving SAP modules based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and propose suitable SAP-based solutions.

• Write functional specifications in collaboration with technical and business teams.

• Configure relevant SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors).

• Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.

• Provide post-implementation functional support and incident management.

• Train end users and contribute to documentation efforts.

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum or traditional project environments.

Required Skills:

• 5–10 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst.

• In-depth knowledge of at least two modules among: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors.

• Ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of inter-module integration and SAP business flows.

• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Jira).

• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and analytical mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Background in large-scale migration or implementation projects.

• Bilingual (English and French).
