You Are

An SAP Finance transformation specialist skilled in helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You excel at solving complex business problems and are comfortable working in teams or leading projects. Willing to travel regularly to client sites.

The Work

• Plan and lead implementation activities for specific business functions to improve performance end-to-end
• Ensure alignment with business requirements, including process analysis, redesign, and organization structure
• Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches to meet client needs
• Lead, coach, and advise project staff, managing their performance
• Provide design options using prototypes
• Set up and test SAP systems, understanding SAP methodologies
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Support business process and functional support for SAP FI and CO modules, including sub-ledgers like AP, AR, AA
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, assess and document business needs
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements
• Create test strategies, plans, and scripts; perform functional testing
• Coordinate with global teams and IT partners to deliver services
• Identify and implement continuous improvement processes for operational efficiency

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Secret security clearance with the Government of Canada
• At least 2 years of SAP Finance implementation experience
• At least 1 year of experience with S/4HANA
• Understanding of functional processes and business value drivers
• Bachelor's degree or higher
