As a Package Consultant at IBM, you will tackle mission-critical directives by designing, developing, and re-engineering complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. In this role, you'll work at our CIC, delivering technical and industry expertise to a diverse range of clients worldwide, fostering innovation and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Senior SAP FI Consultant, implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP FI modules to optimize client financial processes.
• Understand client financial requirements, analyze existing systems, and recommend solutions involving SAP FI modules such as GL, Asset Management, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, customize configurations, and conduct testing.

Location: On-site at IBM office in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Required Skills and Experience

• Develop and document SAP functional, business, and system requirements.
• Create screen, report, and interface requirements in SAP.
• Design and develop SAP modules and interfaces as per specifications.
• Gather and analyze system needs for projects.
• Design methods for SAP module integration within solutions.
• Implement and test changes to SAP modules within solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Document forms, manuals, procedures, and support notes.
• Analyze data conversion needs and strategies.
• Support business and system requirements workshops.
• Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to team members.
