Mandate description:
Looking for an experienced SAP EWM Team Lead – AMS to oversee the day-to-day support and continuous improvement of SAP EWM systems within a managed services environment.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with leadership and client-facing skills to ensure system stability, handle escalations, and guide the Infosys team of functional and technical consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a team providing L2/L3 support for SAP EWM in an AMS environment.
- Manage incident, problem, and service request resolution according to SLAs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all EWM-related support issues.
- Ensure process adherence, documentation, and quality delivery for all AMS activities.
- Drive continuous improvements, minor enhancements, and change requests based on evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (e.g., MM, SD, WM, TM) to manage integrated issues.
- Provide regular status updates, root cause analysis, and reporting to internal and client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 6+ years of SAP EWM experience, including AMS or support roles.
- Strong understanding of core warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, inventory management, RF, etc.
- Experience leading SAP support teams in a managed services or outsourcing model.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in both standard and custom EWM functionalities.
- Excellent client management, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with ticket triage, escalation protocols, and SLA management.
- SAP Certification in EWM or Supply Chain modules preferred.
- Experience in supporting interface issues with automation systems or external WMS/TMS.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
