Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a SAP EAM Senior Associate to lead and support complex client engagements. You will design and implement asset management processes, collaborate across SAP modules, and deliver scalable SAP EAM solutions.

You will facilitate workshops for senior stakeholders, translate technical concepts into business language, and stay current with technology trends to help clients optimise operations in Canada.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

  • Leading or assisting client engagements within the SAP EAM product suite, including technical development efforts and managing off-shore development resources.
  • Developing, designing, implementing and supporting complex asset management and maintenance business processes in an SAP environment.
  • Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP EAM technical solutions, with emphasis on RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development.
  • Facilitating client discussions and workshops to refine business requirements and translate them into system requirements while identifying gaps and proposing workaround solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and gather requirements and design solutions enabling seamless integration across modules (e.g., EAM, FICO, PM, MM, SD, PS, SCM).
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP EAM application-based solutions with demonstrated proficiency in consulting, designing, implementing, and leading significant tracks on larger projects or managing medium-sized engagements within SAP EAM.
  • Proven experience in hands‑on configuration of SAP ECC or S/4HANA in EAM and maintenance sub‑modules.
  • Must have been engaged on at least three full project life cycles of SAP EAM implementations with knowledge of integration points to other SAP modules.
  • Experience in transcribing and transposing technical information into business language and vice versa.
  • Experienced in leading discussions with senior management and facilitating workshops.
  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
  • The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada.

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
