EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and helping grow our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager - SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance, you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients where EY can bring value through these solutions. These are shared across all EY market-facing organizations to ensure consistency and common platforms for go-to-market strategies. Willingness to travel to meet client needs is required.

Project Management : Participate in large-scale SAP client engagements. Deliver quality client services, ensuring high-quality work within timeframes and budgets. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Manage client expectations and stay updated on industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and comfortable interfacing with clients daily.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of SAP experience implementing SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance, with 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in SAP EAM / PM, including client requirements analysis, solution provision, functional specifications, and system configuration.
• Experience leading functional teams in SAP EAM / PM implementations and optimizations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance master data, notifications, orders, preventive maintenance, scheduling, and refurbishment processes.
• Ability to configure SAP EAM / PM solutions conforming to client standards.
• Strong experience with SAP modules integration: Finance, Supply Chain, EHS, WCM.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management (SAP AIN, SAP ASPM, SAP PAI).
• Experience in creating proposals and RFP responses.
