The opportunity

EY Technology Consulting is a dynamic and expanding sector. We are seeking a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and leadership opportunities. We desire an individual with experience leading SAP projects, a knack for driving sales pursuits, and a passion for business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager - SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, you will identify opportunities with new and existing clients to demonstrate EY’s value through these solutions. Responsibilities include participating in large-scale SAP client engagements, delivering quality services on time and within budget, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed. Daily client interaction and travel may be required.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Functional proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 8 to 12+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Extensive SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance implementation experience, understanding client requirements, and configuring systems accordingly.
• Experience planning and executing SAP implementations, leading functional teams, and managing SAP master data, notifications, orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM/PM, integrations with Finance and Supply Chain modules, and familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management.
• Experience in creating proposals and RFP responses.
