Agropur is looking for a SAP deployment business partner to support its digital transformation initiatives. This key role ensures the stabilization of operations following each SAP deployment by coordinating IT, business, and support teams. Through a structured approach and strong leadership, you will drive incident resolution and ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations.

  • Salary range 005: 82 600$ to 103 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role:

  • Develop and manage the Hypercare strategy for each deployment wave, including governance, onsite and remote coverage, travel logistics, and resource alignment.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to define, monitor, and achieve stabilization objectives.

  • Ensure follow-up and resolution of critical incidents and lead daily Scrum meetings during major issues.

  • Implement mechanisms to minimize disruptions, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP system stability and performance.

  • Oversee the prioritization and delivery of RICEFW items (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) during the Hypercare phase.

  • Act as the main point of contact for critical issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

  • Monitor system performance and user feedback during Hypercare and communicate regularly with stakeholders and management.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment within the Hypercare group, promoting knowledge sharing.

  • Ensure a seamless handover of solutions to IT and business support teams for steady-state operations.

What you need to join our team:

  • Knowledge of the food industry, manufacturing environments, and sales and delivery processes (an asset).

  • Training or experience in ITIL process management (required).

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in large-scale and complex SAP deployments.

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA (an asset).

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, rigor, and stress management skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

  • Basic knowledge of technology project management.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to plants across Canada.
