Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-driven SAP Finance lead with deep S/4HANA expertise to guide complex finance transformations for global clients. You’ll work across data, process and platform streams, collaborating with C-suite stakeholders and delivery teams to design scalable SAP solutions.

This role emphasizes architecture leadership, team management in a Global Delivery model, and hands-on configuration of SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, PS, AA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI including GL, AR, AP, PS and AA.
• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Proven leadership of teams in Global Delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to act as Functional Solution Architect.
• Experience in SAP S/4 transformations.
• Ability to present strategies to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Define data storage, consumption, integration and governance.
• Analyze and implement data design aligned with governance and visualization.
• Kick-start transformation programs and lead workstreams.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams across disciplines.
• Manage workstreams and project activities.

You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

• Strategically define how data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities and systems.
• Analyze, design and or implement data design and best practices through technology solutions. Aligned with data governance, predictive modeling, and or data visualization.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Here’s what you need:

• Atleast 5+ years experience in SAP FI including GL, AR, AP, PS and AA
• Atleast 2 years experience with S/4 Hana
• Atleast 1 year experience managing teams in a Global Delivery module
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to act as a Functional Solution Architect within the functional area, providing high-level design expertise.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementations.
• Proven capability in defining SAP Finance functional roadmaps and strategies for clients.
• Experience in leading business process reengineering efforts to optimize finance-related workflows and enhance process efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives, to present functional strategies and gain buy-in

Bonus points if:

• You’ve got external consulting experience
• You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
