The opportunity

EY Consulting Services is a high-growth area with huge potential. We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our SAP enterprise applications team, which offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and leadership opportunities. EY has established a national Center of Excellence focusing on Enterprise Intelligence, Risk Transformation, IT Risk, and Enabling Technologies, primarily designing and optimizing ERP solutions like SAP. Our team works with Fortune 1000 clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Telecommunications, Entertainment/Media, Oil/Gas, and Retail.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will develop methodologies, tools, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the ERP market. You will participate in large-scale SAP implementations, demonstrating both functional and technical leadership to help clients solve challenges.

To qualify, candidates must possess:

Soft skills:

• Strong writing, presentation, and client service skills, with an interest in integrating enterprise knowledge with technology.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.

Hard skills/experience:

• 4+ years SAP MDM experience, with 2+ end-to-end implementations.
• Extensive data migration experience in S/4HANA using Syniti ADMM, with knowledge of data loading methods like IDOCs, LTMC, LSMW, etc.
• Experience setting up S/4HANA data migration architecture and leading technical teams.
• Understanding of SAP data lifecycle, including data validation and cutover processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and data profiling, cleansing, and transformation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, BP, Equipment, BOMs, and functional areas like FI, CO, MM, EWM, Project Management, Plant Maintenance, HR, etc.
• Experience with SAP data solutions in the energy sector is a plus.
• Syniti ADMM skills in data extraction, profiling, de-duplication, mapping, and load processes, including data reconciliation and security management within ADMM.
