Overview

Our Vancouver-based client is looking for an experienced SAP Change / Organizational Change Management (CM / OCM) Consultant to support a fast-moving SAP S / 4HANA transformation. This is an urgent backfill. You will lead change strategy and execution across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption—partnering closely with program leadership and functional workstreams. HYBRID ON-SITE VANCOUVER.

Location

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Travel: able to travel to Vancouver weekly; work primarily remote otherwise. On-site in Vancouver required weekly to facilitate workshops and key change activities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the change management strategy and integrated plan for an S / 4HANA program.
  • Drive stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness activities.
  • Build and run the communications plan (executive and end-user messaging, artifacts).
  • Define and execute the training strategy (curriculum, delivery approach, enablement).
  • Establish adoption KPIs / OKRs, track readiness, and report progress to leadership / PMO.
  • Stand up and manage the change agent / super-user network; support cutover and hypercare.
  • Coordinate with PMO, SAP functional leads, and business sponsors to align scope, timeline, and risks.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading enterprise ERP change / transformation programs, with hands-on SAP S / 4HANA exposure.
  • Strong delivery across impact assessments, communications, training, adoption, and readiness.
  • Excellent facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent methodology experience (asset).
  • Mining industry experience is an asset.
  • Able to travel to Vancouver weekly; work primarily remote otherwise.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
