Job summary

Government of Manitoba’s Digital and Technology Services team seeks a SAP BASIS leader to manage and mentor a team of administrators in a large-scale ERP environment. The role requires senior expertise in SAP BASIS, S/4 HANA, ECC, and Sybase/ASE, with a proven track record in leading teams within public sector programs.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in SAP BASIS administration.
• 7+ years in business/system analysis and solution architecture.
• 7+ years with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other modules.
• 7+ years with Sybase/ASE and Microsoft Office tools.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience in large ERP programs and public sector.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
