A leading North American bakery is seeking a Sanitation Leader-Supervisor responsible for managing the bakery sanitation program, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and leading the sanitation team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a sanitation role, preferably in a food environment, and possess strong communication skills. This position may require flexible working hours including nights and weekends.

Summary
The Sanitation Leader-Supervisor is responsible for the development, implementation, execution and evaluation of the bakery sanitation program and taking corrective action to prevent product contamination. The incumbent will ensure all cleaning and sanitation is executed in compliance with GMPs, Safety, HACCP and applicable Food Safety Policy of Wonderbrands Foods Corporate Standard.
