The role involves developing and managing sanitation processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP standards, and conducting training for staff and contractors. Candidates must possess a college degree and have 1-2 years of sanitation experience in a food setting. Overview
The Night Shift Sanitation Supervisor provides sanitation expertise to both production facilities. This position involves developing, managing and continuously improving a comprehensive sanitation program that encompasses GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Food Safety and Security, allergen program and chemical control, and outside contract development. Maintains recordkeeping to direct others to perform scheduled tasks in an efficient manner and maintain master sanitation schedule. Accompany outside cleaning contractors on weekly plant inspections and during audits. Audit performance of outside sanitation contractors.
