ABOUT OUR OPERATION
The objective of Sanajiksanut is to increase the Inuit workforce in all of AEM’s Nunavut operations by contributing to the development of skills and competencies of the Inuit population in the Kivalliq region. The Sanajiksanut Process is composed of 4 steps: Employment Information Session, Online Application, Pre-employment Training, and Hiring. Completing these stages will better prepare applicants for future employment with AEM or its contractors.
