Job Title: Coach

We are looking for great coaches to add to our growing team! Our Sama coaches are a select community of experienced, trusted professionals. We partner with high-quality, credentialed coaches to help our clients achieve results.

Requirements
  • Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
  • 3+ years of professional coaching experience (after completing training), including work with corporate clients
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Bonus: You coach in Spanish, French, or Portuguese in North America

Recruitment Process
  1. Initial 30-minute call with our Director of Recruitment to review your coaching background.
  2. In-depth interview with Caitlin, our Head Coach, focusing on your coaching process and approach.
  3. Assessment of coaching style via a 25-minute demo session with a coachee, followed by a 5-minute Q&A. We evaluate trust-building, active listening, questioning, forward learning, and reflection.
  4. Reference and background checks.
  5. Offer and onboarding.

Immediate priority is given to applicants who can coach in Spanish, French, or Portuguese in North America.
