Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid G license and clean driving record.
• Experience operating a snowplow required.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
• Open availability for on-call work with potential late/early hours.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow equipment to clear roads and lots.
• Work long hours during peak snow events and adverse weather.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient snow removal.

• You will be working when there is snow in the weather forecast

• G license and clean drivers abstract required
• Experience operating a snowplow
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site required as we are not accessible by public transit
• Open availability for on-call work. Snow likes to fall at night – hours may be very late or very early, depends how you look at it
• The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
• Must have access to a mobile phone
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivation, dedication, and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Physically fit – ability to lift 50lbs or more
