The Returns Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all product returns, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for managing the entire returns lifecycle, from initial pick-up processing to final credit issuance and claims filing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
