Job summary

Regis Corporation seeks a Salon Manager to lead operations, coach staff, and drive profitability in a busy Ontario salon. The role requires a current cosmetology or barber license and a commitment to delivering high-quality hair services alongside excellent guest experiences.

You will recruit and train team members, manage client relationships, and ensure a positive work environment while coordinating with franchise leadership on business objectives.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by regulations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and training.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salon operations and provide leadership for success.
• Lead by example to grow clientele and profitability.
• Provide all hair services and ensure top quality for guests.
• Coach and mentor staff to maintain a positive work environment.
• Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints.
• Ensure excellent customer service and business acumen in daily practice.
• Develop team, guide on business and technical competencies, focus on bottom line.
