The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You are confident in handling multiple conversations, engaging with customers, and taking ownership of challenges. Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads—no cold calling, only pre-qualified potential customers.
  • Convert conversations into bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure smooth customer interactions.
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • This is a full-time job, 40 hours/week. We are looking to fill hours between 12pm and 9pm/12pm, depending on the project EST. You would work an 8-hour shift between these times.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English—advanced or bilingual level required.
  • Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends (depending on project needs).
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-sufficient problem solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions effectively.
