Job summary

Harvey Norman in Cannington is seeking a passionate Salesperson to join the Technology & Entertainment Team and deliver Great Service, Always! to customers.

As a Salesperson you will help customers find life at home solutions, work with a team, and contribute to meeting store sales targets across weekends and late night trades. The role offers guaranteed base earnings plus attractive commissions and career progression.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to converse clearly and help customers with questions.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selections and provide accurate information.
• Provide home solutions guidance to customers to find best outcomes.
• Work with the team to achieve store sales targets and deliver Great Service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Harvey Norman Cannington Technology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
